Audiobooks are digital
Audiobooks are digital files, so nothing is shipped. The MP3 files download straight after payment from your download page, and the link is also emailed to you. The rates and printing times on this page apply to printed books only.
Where we ship
We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom. Choose your shipping destination in the cart. If your country is not offered there, we do not currently ship to it.
Printing time
Each book is printed to order by our UK print partner after you place your order. Printing takes 5 to 7 working days.
Printing time is not the same as transit time. Printing is the time our print partner takes to make your book. Transit is the time the carrier takes to deliver it after dispatch.
Shipping costs
Shipping is charged per order, by region. The first book in an order is charged the first-book rate for your region. Each further book in the same order adds the additional-book rate.
The rates for each region, and the transit time, are in the table below. The shipping cost for your order is shown at checkout, before you pay.
Transit time
Transit times are counted from dispatch and are listed per region in the table below. Carrier times can vary, especially during busy periods.
Prices, import fees and duties
Prices are in US dollars. DAHMANI LIMITED is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.
For orders to the United States, books are generally duty-free, but the carrier may charge fees for handling or clearance. Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped within the United Kingdom.
Tracking
When your book is dispatched, we send tracking information by email, where the carrier provides it.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days after the expected delivery date, or your parcel has not arrived, email support@nationallibrary.press with your order number. We will check with the carrier and our print partner and tell you what we can do, which may include a replacement or a refund.
Shipping rates per order (USD)
One flat charge per order, set by where you ship. The first book costs the first-book rate; each additional book adds the each-additional-book rate. The amounts below are the amounts Checkout charges.
